1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. This applies to subscription plans, one-time phase purchases, project bundles and AI credit packs.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com. To request a refund, either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with; or
- Email us at arcn2027@gmail.com and we'll assist.
3. When a refund may be declined
Refunds may be refused where we reasonably believe the account has been used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or the Academic Integrity Policy, or where refund requests are abusive or repeated.
4. Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, access to paid features and any unused AI credits associated with the refunded purchase is revoked. Your uploaded content and account remain intact unless you also ask us to delete them.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
